If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as you can.  Someone wouldn't be able to access your account unless they knew your phone's unlock passcode - but just in case this information was compromised, we can lock your account to keep your funds secure. Reach out to us through help@bitpandacustody.com and we can lock your account.

Once you have a new device, install the app, enter your existing email and the app will do the rest.
