Getting started with your new custodial wallet

Thank you for downloading TrustVault! 

Please have your ID or drivers licence ready and follow these steps to get started: 

  1. When you first open the TrustVault app, we will ask you to enter your email address. 

  2. You will then enter our queue and sent an account opening application to complete for us to review and approve.

  3. If your application is successful, we will need to verify your email address for you to proceed. So please click on the link in the email that we will have sent you to verify your address. 

  4. Next, we will need some more information from you in accordance with our compliance requirements as a custodian wallet provider. You will need to complete an identity verification process - hence, make sure to have your ID ready. This way we can recover your account using your identity. Verifying your identity can take up to 24 hours. Click the video above to understand more about the verification process and steps.

  5. As soon as this process is complete you are ready to set up your new wallet!
