We offer customer support during UK working hours from 09:00 to 17:00. (Monday to Friday but excluding UK Bank Holidays).

We don't offer out of hours customer support but we we do monitor our systems for outages. Our out of hours support covers incidents and not customer requests. .e.g fixing a broken API that prevents transaction creation for all customers will be investigated but not requests to change a policy or investigation into a single transaction issue.
