If you see "New device authorisation in progress" in the lower part of the App it means that a new request to authorise a new device has been received by Bitpanda Custody and is in progress by the team at Bitpanda Custody.

If you have not requested authorisation of a new device, please contact Bitpanda Custody immediately via help@bitpandacustody.com or the chat on our website.
