To move funds between your own accounts is currently the same process as moving to someone else accounts. You just need the public key.

So go to the account you want to send to, click the QR code button. Copy the public key (the long string of characters underneath the QR code).
Go to the account you want to send from, create a transaction and paste the string into the address field.
